Apologies to all who are seeing this twice (unless you missed it, then READ IT NOW!). _________________________________________________________________________ The Committee of Rap Excellence is pleased to announce that HardCORE, the rap music e-zine, is now available via Internet Gopher at the E-Text Archive at the University of Michigan. For those of you with Gopher servers, you can reach the E-Text Archive through the University of Minnesota's main server following this path: Libraries/ Electronic Journal Collection at CICNET/ Other Archives/ E-Text Archive at U. of Michigan/ Zines/ HardCORE/ All eight issues of Volume I of HardCORE are currently on file there, and all future issues of HardCORE will be archived there as well. For those of you receiving HardCORE via e-mail, you will continue to receive your copies via e-mail. For those of you who do not have Gopher access, you can still reach the E-Text Archive via anonymous ftp to etext.archive.umich.edu. The path there is simply /Zines/HardCORE/. HardCORE will be going through a few changes for its next issue, which will be Vol. II, No. 1. We will be incorporating several regular columns and a new LP review system called the pH system. We also hope to cover more internet-related rap items as well (such as the listings for the soundfiles, which will be updated in the next HardCORE).
