hello -

just finished OCR'ing, checking and double-checking the GAO report
published recently on Federal CD-ROM Titles.

it is interesting, although there are some questions they did not
even point a ten-foot pole at. Appendix 3 is a list of all the CD-ROM
titles the GAO found and the minimum price for them. i put up the
readable version of the report (72 cols, max, looks better in a
monospace font) and i also put the appendix 3 up a tab-delimited
file to make it database-importable.
