U.S. President Bill Clinton's proposed 1993 budget for the United States is
now available for searching and browsing by FTP, WAIS, and Gopher on 
sunsite.unc.edu.

To access by gopher, point your gopher to port 70, on sunsite.
If you don't have a gopher client, you may telnet to sunsite and login as 
"gopher".

To access by WAIS, login as "swais" (for many WAIS sources) or "politics"  
(to search those concerning U.S. government), or use the following wais-source
with your own WAIS client (reccomended).

For those with old fashioned FTP, you can find the budget, both whole and
broken down by section in /pub/academic/political-science on sunsite.unc.edu.
