I learned that a concordance to the Vulgate edition of Bible is done on
e-text basis.
 
    Novae concordatiae Bibliorum Sacrorum iuxta Vulgatam versionem
    critice editam (1977, Stuttgart)
 
I would like to know whether this e-text is available/accessible or not.
