Since someone was asking,

I've put most of the recent White House releases up for
anonymous FTP (and Gopher) on:

  Host:   wiretap.spies.com      [or 130.43.3.3]
  File:   Clinton/*

Directories below that will vary, depending on the quantity 
and subject matter of the material produced in the future. 

Gopher access to Wiretap is available on port 70.
