To submit things to the Internet Wiretap, if you have the urge:

o  Place a copy in the "incoming" directory with Anonymous FTP.

   FTP wiretap.spies.com
   Username: anonymous
   Password: (put_your_email_address_here)
   cd incoming
   put (insert_filename_here)

o  Optionally, notify Wiretap Management of your submission
   via mail to <gopher@wiretap.spies.com>

Things that we do not accept include GIF's, other image files,
sound files, and software (plenty of that elsewhere).

What we do want: Etexts (those free of copyright), Legal 
and historical documents, quality articles, etc.
