tools.lancely.tech is down, a very handy source used by jailbroken idevice users (including me) to downgrade their apps, with tweaks like AppAdmin or Appstore++.
The use of tools.lancley.tech
To downgrade an app, you need a tweak like AppAdmin or Appstore++. And then you need an version ID (SoftwareExternalIndetifier), a line of 9 numbers identifying the version of the app you wish to downgrade. tools.lancely.tech offered those version ID's, instead of having to search the the system files of apps, you could just type the name of the app, like minecraft, and then click on it, and boom, You got your version ID you need, sorted on the versions of the app.
This is an quote from tools.lancely.tech:
Due to the long-term lack of support from external data sources such as version IDs, and the increasing need for version downgrades, this site will be offline soon. If you have any suggestions, please head to the blog to leave a comment.
Luckliy for us, as mentioned in the blog post, the version ID's (SoftwareExternalIndentifier's) are exported! With an download size combined of 1gb, it is quite big. Maybe I will download it and make my own source for everyone else. Stay tuned everyone.
