A rare Presidential race with no incumbents [1], the American People instead threw the incumbent party out of the office (a sentiment I often espouse myself), but alas, the American People did not toss the incumbent party out of Congress, which had a lower rating than the President. Go figure.
Anyway, it looks like the Algorithm for Determining the Winners of U.S. (United States) Presidential Elections [2] held with no modifications required [3] (well, maybe a rule to penalize candidates in non-mainstream political parties, otherwise Cynthia McKinney should have won).
And in other election news, Sean Tevis [4] (remember him [5]?) lost his bid to become a Kansas State Represenative [6] by 425 votes [7]. Here's to next time, Sean.
