Got this lovely bit of verbiage in a ticket today:

Subject: Email Issues
> We have been receiving receive errors intermittently throughout the day. Please advise.

That's it.

Nothing more.

No “The email address alice@example.com is not receiving emails from bob@example.org.” No “Alice, at alice@example.com is using Outlook and cannot receive emails.”

Nothing.

Aaaaaaaaaaaarg!

I swear, I'm this close →← to just turning email off on all our servers and telling our customers to suck it up and use Gmail [1] or something like it.
