The A/C (Air Conditioner) is working [1], the dead server is now live and running (I think the video card overheated—it's been replaced with a cooler card), the DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) unit has been configured (apparently, it can't handle NAT (Network Address Translation)ing at all—go figure), Smirk is taking care of the licensing issue, and since I haven't heard back from the customer with the email problems, I'll assume it's been handled as well.
