I should probably clarify a point from my last entry: [1] I did hire a handy man [2] but he had to attend to a family emergency in Pensylvania for a few weeks so he wasn't able to finish everything. I can settle the outstanding bill with him (or his assistant) and have the realtor send hers over to finish the job.
Now, I'm awashed in paper, going through my files tracking information down (and cleaning out my files) in preparation of selling Condo Conner.
