I'm am still being amazed with the level of service that Velotel [1] provides. IDSL is supposed to be installed sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. I arrive home around 9:00 a.m. (traffic on the way home delayed me) to find my roommate [2] had already let in the installation guy.
Wow!
He even beat the equipment here! (That's scheduled to arrive later on today). He had an extra unit to test with and everything seems fine for the actual equipment when it comes in.
Woo hoo! I can't wait!
