Make the parking spots wider for these modern vehicles! No wonder there's scratches and bumps on every pillar in these car parks, people trying over and over to get their car to fit 'just right', sucks how tight everything is all the time! And because of this if there's ever a child opening the door next to yours you can say a goodbye the paint job on your door. There's always something in these stupidly tight parking areas.

You can report it to the building and they will handle it.

Otherwise, you need to cross out the number plate. In some cantons you can find the adress and name with the number place, unless it's blocked. This could go under doxxing or similar.

I’m sure there are plenty of available parking spaces. The owner likely parks like this because of people who would intentionally open their doors and risk damaging the Porsche. If you’re bold enough to make this post, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re also the type to do something like that just because ‘it’s a Porsche.’
