Incompetence in leadership
Self-embellishment (at the expense of other faculty). .
Excessive classroom control. .
Meeting student questions as a personal attack. .
***Present only their own work or that of colleagues or students reflecting their own work.***
***Entitlement to student work (e.g. inappropriate retention of papers). .***
Treating students differentially depending upon their professional (not student) status with which the narcissist identifies (e.g. those who hold senior positions such as dean, vice-president, or president in their organisations).
The result of this is less support for “lesser” students and privileges provided to “special” students.

Yes. Just went through a boss trying to pass off my idea as his own, and completely stonewalling when I called him out on the abuse. Very sick individual. Happens still to this day.
This is truly violating behavior and what happened to you is not remotely ok, no matter how people who genuinely can't see it due to their own cognitive issues downplay it.
I'm so sorry for your experiences.
Again, what you went through was not normal or ok. It was pathological and unacceptable. You deserved better support and protection.

The fact I was highly skilled at mathematics (above anyone else in my whole middle school) and during High School they made me hate it and feel like I was becoming retarded and completely undeserving to live is just horrible.
As an autistic person I have the ability to attract and -to some extent- to elicit anti-social, narcissistic and generally speaking Dark Triad traits. So I am a catalyst for those people.
I remember the degree of constant belittling and gaslighting I had to endure and it's just insane, back then I was unable to understand what was going on: those were ADULT PEOPLE exercising violence over a child, it's unbelievable when I think about it again. (they knew my parents would never defend me and so they took advantage of that and had me become some sort of scapegoat; when a caring and decent teacher came into the picture and tried to undo the damage it was too late, I was in severe autistic burnout with strong depressive and anxiety symptoms, an immense level of test-anxiety and I transiently lost most of my abilities and was experiencing some levels of derealization and panic attacks too).
