By weight or by count? Unicellular organisms and insects may outnumber us a thousand, million, or billion to one (or 10^18 for all I know)... But it seems like their weight would offset that quite a bit.

I know that the total biomass of all ants alone is approximately equal to humans. And ants are far from all insects. I think bacterial biomass is something like 99% of the Earth's biomass, too. Remember that the ocean is essentially a 3d soup of them, but that doesnt count if only looking at the land.
