I think OP deserves an inquiry and answers. And honestly so does the report, hopefully making this a formal process protects everyone. But I have nightmares about this being me, it's not unthinkable.

Same I have showered with my laptop in the bathroom while a meeting is on going, however we do not use cameras for internal meetings so 9/10 my camera is always off. I always check camera and mute before and face laptop away. I also have tape over my laptop camera and the camera shutter is closed as well 😅 I would never take my work phone with meeting in progress in the bathroom while using the toilet lol

Yeah my assumption is it was very likely an accident. Sure there are creeps out there but unless this guy is just ready to give up his income, not sure he'd throw it all away especially since OP didn't add any background of him being a creep in this way before.
I feel bad for him AND OP. Sure you should always, always check your camera but we ARE human and accidents happen.

Same. This is my worst nightmare. I will always wonder if it happened to me and no one said anything. Or breastfeeding on a call too...I am so careful but the fear still lives in my head rent free. Get a camera cover people!
