This is why I've been saying to everyone, the rich of the world are poised like lasers in a fusion reactor, just waiting to turn on the reaction. Just waiting to snipe out the remaining float down to tiny numbers.
IMO, I'm pretty sure we are going to hit single percent float, and potentially low numbers in that. The shorts are so fucked.
