The jargon is another thing that would be of issue (more likely due to a lacking education rather than hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia (i'm not afraid to admit I had to look that up)). But thankfully, I do feel comfortable telling people to use Google, or rather Dictionary.com[1] to get definitions.
