I need to fly home from New York to South Carolina march 26 but I don’t have a real id how can I fly without it my application wasn’t approved for a passport because I’m not leaving the country so they won’t give me one

Real ID requirement doesn’t go into effect until May 2025.

Request a new certified copy of your birth certificate and request a duplicate / replacement social security card.
I’m not sure why you’re making it harder than it needs to be.
I have never lived in the state I was born in and had zero issues getting new copies of everything.
I also helped my nephew re-establish his identity when he was 18 by getting all new documents because he literally had nothing.
Take it one step at a time, look at what you need to get an ID. Look at what you need to get each one of those documents. It’s not always easy but it is fairly simple and straightforward.

Real ID not required until May. You should be able to get a passport without any plans to leave the country with the standard application form (not expedited)

So, basically you have a lot of options but for what we reason don’t want to do any of them. You’re not stuck anywhere, online forms are available and alternative transportation is available. We can all stop responding to this troll.

You should be able to get your Real ID way before May. It's not like you didn't have any advanced warning that this was happening. Maybe you'll have to take a bus or train instead.
