what’s crazy is i can be genuinely supportive and loving to people but just like you can’t always give it to myself. right now i’ve gone two days without pulling or picking which for me is a record that i haven’t done both for this amount of time. but it’s also hard bc my substitution is snapping rubber bands and my hands are hurting and i’m running out of bands! also, i miss doing it..... it’s crazy to write that i miss ripping out my pubes for hours a day lol.
