Actually the words are pretty similar but yes, I do think so too. Since both languages mostly use the Devnagari script, it can be tough to distinguish between the two when there are no words specific for one of the languages.

In this case, the word Association is written as एशोसिएशन which in Hindi would've been एसोसियेशन.

So yeah, other than that there are no distinguishing factors.

(This is obviously other than the fact that they are the Nepali Student Association)

But isn’t every one of those words English, only spelled in Deva Nagari?

Also, I think the ज in बाजार has a diacritic, which makes a “zā” rather than “jā”, so it would read “Berkeley bazaar”. I may be wrong, though.
