I've seen a lot more push for GRSM (Gender, Romantic, Sexuality minorities) in recent years as its easier and is more inclusive. But which would you rather be the go to?

LGBTQIA+ includes intersex people. GSRM, at least based on the description, does not.

I think I'm one of few people who doesn't like the LGBTQIA+ term at all. It still permuates the idea of putting people in boxes. No amount of letters will ever be enough (letters have been added all the time). This just makes cis people not understand and joke about it. Plus it's hard to pronounce and remember.

It's a spectrum. The symbol is a rainbow. Just go with gender diverse or something and anything you like to put after it or not. idk

I mean LGBT is the standard. Everyone knows what you are talking about so more inclusive variants really arent needed because realistically they wont be used

GRSM seems a bit too new for me. LGBTQ+ keeps the familiarity while also being more inclusive than LGBT.
