View submission: No Toolbox toolbar
Do you have privacy badger installed? I had massive problems a few weeks ago. Try disabling that and restarting your browser. If it works and toolbox comes back, you should be able to reenable PB and it should be ok
Or at least that worked for me

No, I don't have that extension. I did try disabling AdBlock though and it made no difference.
