Never give up but take care of yourself first and be safe.
This hasn't passed yet. If it does, it might be time to get out but that's your call. Trans people dont deserve this and there are lots of places that will accept you for who you are and where existence isn't a constant struggle.

I just recently moved to San Antonio to get out of a dusty piece of shit oil boomtown, and almost as soon as I get settled in, things started getting worse.
