Doctors are FAR more to blame (their associations intentionally try to lower the supply of doctors) for high healthcare costs than insurance executives, so I guess this means you support the gunning down of doctors, also.

Yup, thats definitely exactly what my comment was. You’re daft. UHC CEO was making 12 mil a year - the job post for the new one is starting at 400k. That sure is weird, wonder where that extra 11.6 million came from - surely he wasn’t just stealing it from customers.
But as you said, I support popping doctors, so what do I know.
