This happens on all forms of social media, including the one you're on. You seriously don't think American media companies are trying to sway public opinion using the same propaganda tactics? TikTok isn't any better or worse, it's just not owned by an American company, so our oligarchs can't control us through it. That's the real reason why it's being banned.
