Shoppers at TFA and there are alot of stores around that exclusively sell baking ingredients and equipments. Check cv_cake_decoration_tools on Instagram

The "danke chef" brand is really good. It should be available in shoppers. Also check out hakimico.tz on Instagram. They deal in all sorts of bakery ingredients and they probably ship out everywhere, although I guess it probably does depend on the quantity you need
