I think I average 5-6 a day. Grab 2 for breakfast, get a couple to pair with my lunch, sometimes hungry at night and wolf down a couple. Will I suffer any adverse health effects?

There's a guy who eats 2 Big Macs every day and he isn't dead yet, but he also walks 6 miles a day, so it always depends.

I think I read somewhere that even though eggs have a lot of cholesterol, our body does not turn it into cholesterol our body makes cholesterol out of the fats that we eat

Eggs is good for general health but too much of anything is generally not good. Moderation is key. Listen to your body, everyone’s body react differently.

It's not just 茶葉蛋, it's just about how many eggs you should eat without affecting your health, a la, 膽固醇。

Macro perspective,no it's great. Especially if you work out. Sodium however is a concern, so get potassium in your diet and make sure you're doing cardio.

Wouldn't it be tons of sodium, I think some processed ones can contain like 900mg per egg? And eggs have quite a bit of cholesterol so eating this much might be too much.

I would say depends on your metabolism. 1 to 4 a day should be good, but from that I would take the yolk, since it has high cholesterol.

Probably too much protein. But Americans can not afford buying eggs right now. Costs $9.99 a dozen with so many sick hens exterminated.
