Caught my AirPod as it fell from my ear towards a storm drain. Felt it out of place a few seconds before and thought “she’ll be alright”.

Today a late bus, a late train, another late train, then an early bus driven by a man in a hurry saw me get home 15 minutes earlier than than the normal bus-train-bus trip would have.

I discovered a coffee shop outside my office and they make the most amazing Mocha and Hot Chocolate. They melt chocolate chips with the steamed milk and it’s amazing. My wallet is not happy.

Caught a cold and my twin toddlers are behaving reasonably well considering the nightmare I've had in the previous weeks.
They also are suffering from minor cold symptoms but aren't as sooky as they usually are. Cross fingers this continues as we all recover🤞

Locked my keys in the house on Saturday. Took one step and then realised… and I live alone. Recently had to bring the spare house keys back from my office (lost our 24/7 access) and so haven’t found a new spot to keep my spare set.
Gingerly pushed the door open, and the thing juuust hadn’t latched properly. Dumb luck.

Got out of work a few minutes early, early train is late, therefore got home about 15 minutes earlier than usual.
Anyone got any tips on flea treatment for cats? I've been using Advocate for years and it's been great, but this summer my old boy is covered in them! 😖

I originally planned a work trip to Townsville this week. I was booking it a month ago and thought the flights were way too expensive so I delayed it a week. All self employed so pay my own travel. Well it's a good thing I didn't try to go in the middle of the floods this week. Should have subsided by next week though. Will keep an eye on it.

I went to shoes and sox last Tuesday. We sat, ate sushi a minute walk away for about 20 minutes. Apparently, Monday was obscene.
