My first post! and my first nice in 🤔, ha it’s been a loooonggg time! Thank you to everyone that has shared their successes and struggles, I had a 51 day streak last year, 69 and counting this year. I have navigated some choppy waters, it has gotten easier, but still more work to do. I’m encouraged by the friendship of this group, thank you and my deepest gratitude to everyone taking the time to share and respond.
Another encouraging observation is that quite a few of my friends are cutting back, it used to be always a watch this, do this, drinkapalooza… maybe my little part includes me not drinking and helping someone else considering quitting or cutting back make those decisions too.
