View submission: Liverpool owners won’t sell club to ‘interested’ Elon Musk
Oh no I agree, classic case of the less we know the better about Elon. He's got a cameo a cameo in Iron Man 2 where Tony Stark compliments Musk on SpaceX's (real life) Merlin engines and suggests they'll work together in the future such was his cultural cache at the time. Marvel were happy to give him a cameo and draw clear parallels between Stark and Musk back then whereas now he's more likely to be used as inspiration for a Bond villain. In fact Iron Man himself Robert Downey Jr said last year that "as a recovering American male, I just wish he'd control his behaviour a little more" likely referring to Downey's own addiction issues and public outbursts and Musk's controversial actions/statements and alleged substance abuse issues.
I've actually seen a load of absolute fucking gobshite Liverpool fan accounts on X today being pro musk and trying to bait fans in to arguing against him owning Liverpool (which is an absolutely flawless example of why accounts like them shouldn't be given the time of day) as though he hasn't quite publicly decimated the value of twitter/X, stripped it of assets and sacked the majority of it's staff, repeatedly made a fool of himself publicly, attempted to interfere with multiple foreign elections and governments, admitted to committing visa fraud, admitted to using illegal substances, been accused of abuse and impropriety by former staff, former partners and at least one of his children and also he's a racist, sexiest, uber capitalist who is actively supporting far right parties and agendas across the globe purely for his own benefit.

As a united fan, really good post. I’d hate any club to be owned by him. No one deserves that.
