Truth is some jobs are life draining, I'm gonna be a doctor in a few years and I sure as hell an happy I'm not gonna be doing certain jobs

Yeah, I tried to be like OP and only look at the bright side of my last crappy job. But when I got fired it gave me such a massive sense of relief and I realized that being complacent with spending 40hrs a week miserable is *not* a good thing.

Those are hours you will never get back. A lot of terrible jobs even *shorten your lifespan* with stress/lack of safety. It's not worth it IMO.

Not saying they aren’t draining. But isn’t it amazing that you will help all those people in need? I have a great doctor that helped me multiple times and I cannot thank her enough for her work.
