Any recommendations on deep clean or a move in/out service? One house is 940 sqft the other is 2400 sqft. Both houses will be vacant. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I am not a maid or cleaning service, but thanks to my OCD and love of cleaning, I can do an amazing job. I have a FT job, but I am trying to pay off my car so I am taking on any side work that I can. I would be happy to talk to you about it if you're interested in hiring an individual. I have worked as an independent contractor cleaning/light repairs, accounting, etc. for my landlords' properties, as well as for a property owner here. My day job is a litigation paralegal.
