Idk but they gotta do these when working people can attend. Middle of the work week middle of the work day is going to choke attendance from anyone not college aged.

If you come to Austin, be very careful. There’s a federal building about three blocks from the Capitol currently being used as an ice/federal holding facility. Greg Abbott has had DPS and other state LEO’s in Austin patrolling and filling in for APD staffing issues. Please be careful.

I think there is probably nothing happening here bc the nationwide protest is happening at the state capitols where these politicians work. Then that makes it real when you show up to their worksite on a weekday

Please for everyone’s safety, do not attempt to block traffic. You will get destroyed.

Thanks OP! People that gave you hate are the problem. I’m not a Democrat but I sure hate seeing what’s going on and I especially hate Nazi minded individuals.

Whoever posted about the Peaceful protest here in San Antonio on Saturday, THANK YOU! I really wanted to go to the one in Austin but it’s middle of a weekday. So glad we have an opportunity to show our support here in SA. We will see you there. Stay strong, and keep spreading as much love as possible when safe. 🩷 United We Stand.

As much as I think people need to protest, nothing is going to happen. This is very poorly organized and it's on a Wednesday...most people are working!

Please be careful. Unfortunately, strongly believe the police will unfortunately be getting more aggressive towards protestors under the current presidency.

I know high school students are planning a walkout that day.  They are welcoming community support.

Looks like only college kids and the unemployed will be going.

Why is every protest in the history of time on a weekday during business hours?

What SHOULD be happening is these celebrities and ‘influencers’ whom claim that they are against trump to actually do something that will make a difference. Our society has become one where so many base their beliefs on their “idols” and whomever has the most money.

Imagine if Taylor Swift organized a protest and actively participated in it… or if the entertainment industry as a whole decided to protest in the way it did for the Sag-Aftra strike.

The US has taken capitalism way too far. We are not a democracy anymore. The only thing that makes changes is money and corruption

Just a question, but who has read project 2025? Because from what I've read, it explains all government funded organizations and tells you which ones are draining taxpayers' money.
