It's worth a try to ask your barista. If you order one, tip well, and it seems like your barista is open to having a conversation while making your drink, just politely ask using the same enthusiastic inflection you used here on Reddit. Try "Thank you for always making delicious beverages! I love the ginger bug so much and would love to know how to make it at home when your menu changes for Spring." If they say no, just go to a different Blanchard's, tell them you have allergies and ask for a list of ingredients in the ginger bug??

Try adding the ginger bug syrup to their espresso tonic if you haven’t already. It’s a little pricey but their best drink currently available

this is my fave drink in the world and I've been dying to make it at home!! I think it's a pretty straightforward latte recipe (espresso, oat milk, ginger-vanilla-bergamot syrup), but I'm not sure about the bergamot. I don't know how one gets bergamots or makes a syrup with them, or if maybe it's just bergamot extract in there??
