Huge fucking text
It's not huge, but even so - great, makes it easy to read.
White background vs gray
Totally disagree, the items are more or less all different they shouldn't be 'cohesive' they should be separated. Now we have a few separations in redesign: each post is separated, we have main area and sidebar items. Makes perfect sense to me. In the old reddit style everything floats together.
Sure it's easy to read when you're used to it, but let's to pretend it doesn't look horrible the first time you look at it.
2 posts visible
Actually there are clearly 3. And you *do* have the option to change right there as well. If you want to see compact, you can. If you want to see expanded views, you can. I prefer the default view.
Split posts make it hard to read
Inconsistent colors
They simply are not inconsistent
*note about old reddit header*
I do miss the always clickable header, although I ever only clicked 'videos' on it so.. not that big of a loss tbh

Try classic mode. Or compact.
You get your 10 posts per page, posts are no longer split and no more unused withe space.
Difference of color between the sidebar and the background is something mods can customize, it's a design choice and make the sidebar more visible.
