The age of internet freedom is truly over.

No it's not, it's just finding out that you have to be decentralized to be free. This is where stuff like LBRY and Bit Torrent comes into play. You can't take it down even if you wanted to.

There's a lot of P2P projects underway. We'll get to a point soon where there's robust and easy to use technology to host and access P2P content over a browser. Some serious engineering work has to be done but just because it hasn't yet doesn't mean its not going to change everything once it's here. At some point even Jack Dorsey was considering investing (still is?) in decentralized solutions for twitter.
