Any anonymous blogging platforms you'd recommend? Prefereably with some extras eg. Analytics, SSL, Password protection.

1. Create a Tor hidden service on a computer or phone that's independently connected to the Internet
2. Write a blog exclusively in plain HTML
3. Done

Just set up a website and hide your Whois info.

This depends on your definition of anonymous.
Any blog platform which does not require a phone number for account creation and is free is rather anonymous, at least from internet public (authority can request IP logs).

While not a blog per say, doesn't Briar have like a forums/blog feature? I haven't used Briar in a while, not sure if that fits your use case. But I was wondering about an anonymous blog as well... for me I figured using Hey Email for the Hey Worlds (blog) feature and making my email the blog/brand name and then posting with that.
