In the US and Canada, anyone can buy a Costco Membership, executive or Gold Star. You have actually asked a very good question that we are now looking up because we presumed that it was the same everywhere. Stupid of us. We had researched this but it seems, the individual membership is not the same across the world.
We're going to get back to you, because either the UK one will be an online only membership or individual. Bear with us!
