TLDR: HS student accused of bringing a gun on the bus Jan 30, removed from school the following day and will be prosecuted. No details as to what safety protocols will be reviewed, nor on if or how any preventative measures will be installed or changed. No info shared on how the student obtained the gun.

I'll believe in the change when I see it.

They need to charge the parents with child endangerment if it turns out to be their gun. One charge for every kid on the bus.

Ok so we can’t put metal detectors on busses here so be real and charge the parents if it’s their gun. If you’re an adult and don’t lock up your gun wtf is wrong with you.

So I just watched it on the X. There is a lot more on there than the news has and more than one video. I won't post the link because I don't think we are allowed, but it is searchable. I even read the mother's post about it. She doesn't seem too....well I'll not say more. Race is a factor in this story. The one kid with the gun had it unloaded pointed at the other's head and then did put the clip in and cocked it ready and put it to the white students head and said he wasn't playin. The kid that had the gun to his head didn't seem as scared as one would think. There are a fair amount of discussion from people that seem to know the kids involved. They posted a picture of the kid with the gun and even a parent. Man the X is pretty up close and personal. If you want to see it, do your search and make your own conclusions. Makes me sad kids are dealing with that. Quite a few of the kids seem like real jerks on that Millvale bus to be honest. Geez.

Just to add, I could even find things on the mother's Facebook page. Hope things don't escalate. Some scary comments towards her.
