Helloo!! I would love to hear your advice na mga busy sa pag aaral o work, how do you stay fit and kahit paano nakakagawa ng workout even wala sa gym? I have hypertension din kase kaya hindi ko gusto pumunta sa gym baka overwhelming sa akin. Need lang ng pambahay na workout if ever. Any recos guys? Thank you!

Jumping rope. Even just 15-30 mins a day on it does wonders.
If you don't have a space for it, then there's many "home workouts" available in youtube. Different combinations of bodyweight workouts like jumping jacks, squats, push ups, burpees, running in place, etc.. are extremely effective in keeping one in shape.

I walk when going home, its fun lalo na pag may kasama. 8 km from home yung work ko
