The photographer is Tanto Yensen. While I couldn't find anything amounting to proof, he is one of several photographers who has been accused of posing animals, possibly in an abusive manner, to get that magical-looking unlikely shot.

I believe /u/woowoo293 is right though. Although Tanto Yensen claims to take most of his picutres naturally in his back yard, he has often been accused of putting these animals in a refrigerator or freezer until they can't move and then arranging them. Given his portfolio[3], it seems very likely.

Photographer is Tanto Yensen, and as far as I know he regularly abuses animals to get photos like these. I won't support anything he does and I personally don't think anybody else should too.
