View submission: Boston Review celebrates the 50th anniversary of John Rawls' Theory of Justice with essays on Rawls' work, exploring everything from baseball to free markets to heath care to Trump.

Rawls’ daughter was my sociology professor. Amazing woman. She never disclosed the relation. Asked males in class to wear red high heels first day to explore social norms. Not related to the content but cool story for those Rawls fans.

Can you elaborate on the red high heels story? It sounds interesting ☺️.

Why not ask them to come in naked? Not sure why the request for men to wear high heals should be celebrated. Maybe I am missing something.
