I've seen a lot more push for GRSM (Gender, Romantic, Sexuality minorities) in recent years as its easier and is more inclusive. But which would you rather be the go to?

I am personally in favour of LGBT+ because it is the easiest to say. But not everything needs to be easy. GRSM isn't widely known, though, which could be a problem even though it is more inclusive. Also if sounds more like an academic term instead of something describing individuals which would make adoption harder because it needs to be explained.

GRSM feels more accurate and inclusive, but people already know what LGBTQ+ means.

GRSM because it's short, it encompasses all its identities, and it doesn't have to be shortened.
