Women of Oklahoma should know that there is a federal mandate called the Comstock law that essentially says the same but is not enforced currently as applies to certain “obscene materials” such as contraceptives or abortion meds. I’m fear that the GOP politicians mean to turn this verbiage into a way to outlaw contraceptives, and this sounds like an introduction to encoding and updating that law into OK state law.

I’m confused. I thought the bill was about child exploitation.
Is this bill categorizing all of the things listed as harmful to children and therefore illegal? For instance, if someone sends their spouse/significant other a racy photo is that illegal? Asking for a friend…
