View submission: Three Palestinian students shot and wounded in Burlington, Vermont, police say
In my area it happened to two individuals at separate times. If they’d said the second time they thought there could be a pattern based on the facts it would have been helpful. They don’t need to invent a motive but police share speculations on that all the time when it’s relevant. In this case, viewers can assume it’s prob a hate crime but something like this is rare.
