No other states in the 2020 election had more votes for Trump than CA. Meaning every single state Trump won in had less votes for him than CA did.
I love giving that fact to redneck assholes in my area because it not only makes them feel small, but it destroys their perception of CA in a lot of ways.

People forget that once a city is populous enough, it can drive an entire state to be red or blue on its own. Illinois is considered solidly blue but that is only because just under half the population of the state lives in Cook County, where Chicago is. The rest of the state is red as fuck. Most blue states are like this. People just see the entire state colored red or blue and thing it's that simple.
