For those who are interested in this kind of thing, here's a terrain piece that I made for an upcoming, hopeful Mothership campaign. It's done Ultimate Dungeon Terrain style (without zones), with a kind of general floor pattern that could be a ship or station or any kind of near-future building. I plan on using it with some scatter terrain and walls, but I don't have those together yet.
It was made using the basic methods outlined by Professor Dungeon Master of Dungeoncraft[1] fame.

If folks want more detail, I'm happy to provide, but bascially the grid is scribed with a hobby knife, the piece is treated with Mod Podge + Paint, further based with spray paint, and then weathered and detailed with acrylic paint.
