View submission: Announcing Mod Notes
I feel like all the labels should be customizable.
There are very few times I'd ever label some as a good user, but there are plenty of times I'd want to label someone as different forms of bad.

I agree. You already know the good ones, it's the potential new trolls you want to keep an eye on
