I'd suggest doing something like "Week of August 24, 2020". If you really want to do this you need to do something like `Weekly Discussion Thread - {{date %B %d}}-{{date+6 %B %d}}` which would yield "Weekly Discussion Thread - August 24-August 30". Repeating the month is to handle the month changing. Omitting the year is to avoid handling the year changing.
